Who We Are
The Housing Assistance Fund of Santa Rosa was created in response to the growing need for resources that help individuals and families experiencing homelessness and housing instability.By providing timely financial assistance and support, the fund aims to help community members secure safe, stable housing and prevent housing crises before they occur.
Housing Advocacy
Our housing advocates are dedicated to helping individuals and families achieve and maintain stable housing. We provide personalized guidance throughout the housing journey, assisting clients with housing searches, applications, landlord communication, and connections to community resources.
Financial Assistance
Our financial assistance program is designed to provide a helping hand during times of unexpected hardship. By addressing immediate needs and connecting participants with additional resources, we help create pathways toward long-term housing security and independence.
Case Management
Our case management services provide personalized support to help clients achieve and maintain housing stability. Case managers work one-on-one with individuals and families to assess their needs, develop individualized housing plans, connect them with community resources, coordinate supportive services, and provide ongoing guidance to help them reach their goals.

As a result, the application cycle may periodically close when funding has been fully allocated or program capacity has been reached. We encourage interested applicants to check regularly for updates and application availability. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into the program, and eligibility is subject to available funding and program requirements.
